Aw c'mon Andy - get off the fence and tell us do you like Snap or not? ;-)

I agree, lets nip that snap thing in the bud

    Andy,
Thanks for the link. I didn't realise you could turn snaps off - I made the mistake of looking under "options" and didn't think about check under "presentation", so never found the "extras".

Sorry that it makes a nonsense of your reference - but snaps are now gone from my blog too.

Jonathan - Thanks for disabling Snap. Now I can just enjoy the technical content again. Just another WP 640,999 blogs to go :-)

You can remove Snap Preview from your web experience completely, see http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/01/26/snap-previe...

Oh man, I thought I was the only one who was annoyed, I have to remember to complain more. Although I'm curious, why do some snaps show extremely old thumbnails?

Every time I see the word snap it reminds me of movies that have been cleansed for tv.

    Lloyd - Invaluable tip. Thanks.

I often wonder how is it that stupid ideas such as these "snaps" get the time of day to even show up as a feature, let alone a default?

I mean, who is the unadulterated, unabbreviated moron who has come up with the "research" to show something like this as viable, user friendly or even remotely desirable?
